The sole aim of the Guides de Verbier cooperative is to put you in touch with an independent professional mountain guide with state certification.

The cooperative does not accept any liability in the case of accidents. Sole liability rests with the professional of the mountain you have appointed to accompany you.

ELVIA insurance - reimbursement and / or cancellation

If you hire a mountain guide for 1 or more days, we recommend you to take out the ELVIA insurance that covers you in case of illness or accident.

Insurance Policy Conditions :

  • The insurance premium amounts to 4% of the total sum paid for the mountain guide.
  • If you book a guide on various non-consecutive days, please indicate the exact dates under "Remarks"
  • The client has read and understood the UIAGM conditions stated on our website
  • Cancellations due to bad weather are not possible
